I’d be moving out in February so if you’re looking for a 5 month place perfect - or we can also find a replacement to takeover my room once I leave if you’d like to stay longer xx

The flat has a loft-style feel with exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony - lots of natural light and a really lovely, cozy atmosphere.

4 minute walk from St. James station and 10 min from Victoria Station. Tesco express, Whole Foods and Boots all within 5-10 minute walk.

Rent is £1370 with all bills around ~£100 / month. In unit washer/dryer and completely furnished.
