Hi, my name is Julie, and with my twin sister Noor, I am looking for 2 female students to join our house! We are both going into our 3rd year at King’s College and study Biochemistry. We are looking for 2 girls who need a place to stay for the upcoming school year! Specifically with whom we can have cute dinners and drink cocktails in the garden :)

There are two bedrooms available from September 15th onwards, with 1 bathroom between the two of them. The bigger room is £1575, the smaller room is £1435 p/mo. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on a separate floor of the house. Bills are not included and usually add up to around £60 per month.

The house has a cozy kitchen, living room, garden, and we can even go onto the roof! The house and street are very homey, there are baby foxes, and we even have window decorating events during the month of December! The street also has a great pub on the corner, which organizes many events too. 

It is located close to the Elephant and Castle station, where you can take the Northern and Bakerloo lines, many buses, and the Overground. It is also only 15 minutes from Waterloo, and a 17-minute walk from King’s College Guys’ Campus! There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby too.

My sister and I can’t wait to meet our new flatmates, with whom we can hopefully become great friends and make the best memories! <3 

A little bit about us, we are twin sisters from the Netherlands, going into our third year at KCL. We love playing games, baking, exploring London, getting coffees, going shopping, having movie nights, and attending West End shows.
