Data deletion

If you signed in to Delphi with Facebook, Google, or email, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

Email marilyn@joindelphi.co from the address you used to sign up, and ask us to delete your account and data.

You can also send a request through our contact page.

Please include the email address on your Delphi account so we can find it. We may need to confirm it is you before we delete anything.

What we will do

We will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, including profile details and data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.

We aim to complete this within 30 days. We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, for example for accounting or to handle a dispute. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

You can also remove Delphi's access from Facebook:

Removing the app on Facebook stops us receiving new data from Facebook. It does not delete your Delphi account. Email us using the address above if you want your Delphi data deleted too.
