🏠 Room Available in Friendly Flatshare

Hi, I'm Ishal, and I'm moving into a flat with my friend Hannah this September. We are moving into a 3-bed, 1-bath flat in the Borough area, and we are looking for a third female flatmate. The person must be respectful and clean but also fun and sociable. Hannah is going into her second year of studies in Politics at KCL, whilst I am going into my final year of studying IR and global development at SOAS. We are both girls at 21-22.

The flat has a living room with a sofa and dining table. All the bedrooms have lots of natural light. It sits between Borough station and Elephant and Castle station - only a 10-minute walk in either direction!

Please message me if you are interested!!!

We're Ishal and Hannah, both twenty-one and twenty-two, looking for a female flatmate to join us in our three-bed Borough flat from September. It's between Borough and Elephant and Castle stations — ten minutes' walk either way. £214pppw bills excluded, £1,855 deposit; we need a UK guarantor. We're students (Politics at KCL, IR at SOAS) and we want someone respectful, tidy, and fun.

HOUSEMATE WANTED ASAP

Hi, my name is Ishal. I'm a 21-year-old international student from Norway, about to start my third and final year of my BA in International Relations and Global Development. I’m looking for a place to live from September, with a budget of max 1000 pcm, including bills, in Zone 1, for the duration of my last academic year.

I’m very tidy and love cooking at home. I love meeting new people and hanging out with others, but I also value and respect the need for alone time for both myself and others. My hobbies include reading, going for walks, thrifting, and playing board games. I’m always down for both outdoor and indoor activities, especially a good games night!

I am looking for a female flat with young students or professionals who are clean and easy-going. A furnished place would be ideal, as well as it being close to a tube station.

If you think I might be a good match for your room/flat, I'm looking forward to hearing from you. I’d be happy to provide more info about myself if you want! :)
