It is a 2 bedroom flat - shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. The room is a little small with a single bed atm but the owners are completely happy for you to shift things around/buy yourself a double. 

Its 10 minutes away from Stanmore Station and Canons Park Station. A 5 minute walk from Lidl and Sainsburys , and theres a gym a 10 minute bus away in Edgware. Northern Line there too! 

Im 22 years old and im a classical opera singer so i do squawk a little , if you are noise sensitive that mighr be an issue for you. i like getting matcha , going charity shopping , drinking wine and eating cheese, gymming , runs etc.
