My partner and I (We’re both women) recently bought a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat in NW9 and we’re looking for someone friendly to rent the second room ✨

• Brand new furniture + curtains arriving soon

The flat is modern, clean, and in a very safe area with a relaxed, peaceful vibe 🌿

• Large balcony with lots of natural light

• 10 mins by bus / 15 mins walk to Colindale Station

• Similar distance to Mill Hill Broadway - 30 minutes to London St Pancras 

We also have a 1-year-old cockapoo 🐶 he does not shed (hypoallergenic).

He’s currently in his silly teenage phase but he’s incredibly sweet, gentle, affectionate, and loves people. Don’t worry though, he’s fully our responsibility and basically our little child 😂🤎

At the moment I only have photos of the room half furnished - all the furniture is completely new and will be fully set up soon 🤗 Curtains yet to come. 

We’d love to find someone respectful, tidy, easygoing, with a very active lifestyle ✨
