4 bed, 2 bath split level flat. We are the first floor of a period conversion. The flat has an open plan living/dinning room, and kitchen. We have 3 bedrooms and a box room so there’s always a max of 3 of us living here. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bath.

It is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, and tallboy draws. £850 + electricity bills (around £50 in winter and £20 in summer), other bills are included in the cost (council tax, water, internet).

You’ll be sharing with 2 girls in their mid 30s and an adorable cat, Kyo 🐾! We treat the house like a home, the vibe is warm and easy going. We are both quite busy, in and out a lot but we are friendly and enjoy a chat over dinner. Interests include arts and crafts, nature walks/hiking, festivals and music, running, gym, sauna and other wellbeing practices ✨
