Name: Bright & Cosy Double Room With Own Bathroom
Brand: Delphi
Price: 892 GBP

We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our cosy and welcoming 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Kensal Rise, Zone 2!

The room is a lovely, fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage space, a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk, making it ideal for young working professionals.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a washing machine, oven, hob and other kitchen appliances. There’s also a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower but you will have your own bathroom in the flat.

You’ll be sharing with two girls in their 20s. We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.

We’d love to find someone who appreciates having their own space but is also happy to have a chat and occasionally spend time together!

The flat is conveniently located in Kensal Rise, a lovely residential neighbourhood in North West London, with plenty of independent cafés, restaurants, shops and green spaces nearby.

The area is well connected, with access to:

🚇 Kensal Green – Bakerloo Line & London Overground

🚆 Willesden Junction – Bakerloo Line & London Overground

You’ll also find local supermarkets, cafés and other amenities within easy reach.

Feel free to send us a message introducing yourself, telling us a little about what you do and what you’re looking for in a home!

We’d love to hear from you and arrange a viewing! 😊

We're two women in our twenties with a bright double room and your own bathroom in our cosy Kensal Rise flat, Zone 2. £892pcm plus bills, available 1st November; fully furnished with storage, shared kitchen, and great transport links (Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, Willesden Junction). We're friendly and relaxed—we'd love someone considerate and tidy who enjoys both their own space and occasional flatmate time.
