We (Caroline, 26 from Belgium and Valeria, 26 from Romania) are looking for a full-time employed professional woman (24-29) to join us in a beautiful 3 bed 2 bathroom flat in Canary Wharf (Crossharbour). Our third flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’ve got a free room from September 2026.

Move-in date: Move-in from Sept 1st preferred. Oct 5th absolute latest. Early move-ins get priority.

Bills: about 200/month depending on usage

Modern, new build flat with on-site 24/7 concierge

Parking spaces but not sure how to procure one as we both don’t have a car in London

Open-plan living room and kitchen, with a balcony

King-size bed (with under bed storage space)

Space for a desk, bookshelf and chest of drawers

The other two rooms share a bathroom but this room has an en-suite so you have your privacy

Caroline works in healthcare tech and is in the office 1 day a week. Valeria work in events sales and is in the office 4 days a week. We are easygoing and value cleanliness in shared spaces. We’d love to find someone that we not only like living with but also spending time with, both in and out of the flat! We both love a good dinner, music events, working out and girlhood!

10 min walk to Canary Wharf for transport ( Elizabeth line, DLR and Jubilee line) and restaurants, shops, etc.
