I’m moving out of my place to live with a partner in October, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I’m quite flexible with the move-in dates, ideally sometime between mid-September and the 4th of October at the latest.

The house is located between Wood Green and Palmers Green (20-minute walk to either) or Bounds Green (15-minute walk). It’s also close to Alexandra Palace and has plenty of bus routes at the door (I work in Liverpool Street and take a direct bus).

I live with three other girls who work in finance, hospitality, and advertising. Everyone is so chill and clean, and I feel really lucky to have lived with them (we actually met through this group), and I want someone who will match the house vibe. Our landlord is great too, whenever we have any issues, he’s here the next day to fix them.

- £675 + bills (which rounds up to about £70–£100 per month)

- The room comes with a double bed, two removable chests of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe.

- I also have tall shelves, a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk that I'm willing to sell, and those arrangements can be made.

- The process goes through an agency, which will require proof of right to rent and proof of income. If your income is less than £1,900 a month gross, a guarantor will be needed.
