Room available in a lovely Fulham flat 🏡✨

I'm sadly moving out of my room to move in with some friends, so my room is available in a lovely ground floor mansion block flat in Fulham.

You'll be sharing with girls, Kyra (27) and Alice (27), who are both friendly, easy-going and great to live with. It's genuinely such a happy flat, and I'll really miss living here.

The room is £990 all in including bills + contribution to flat expenses (room is 850 and comes with the bed and mattress the chest of drawers isn't included). The flat also has a cute little courtyard, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the river and the Crabtree, which is perfect in the summer.

The room is available from 18th August, and we're hoping to find someone as soon as possible to allow plenty of time for referencing before the move in date.
