Name: Double Bedroom In Putney!
Brand: Delphi
Price: 1200 GBP

It is a 3 bed flat by the river in Putney (river views!!) in an amazing location, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs on your doorstep.

10 minute walk to Putney Bridge tube (district)

🏡 The flat has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a separate kitchen and living room, with two separate dining spaces! The whole flat has amazing high ceilings and is absolutely beautifully decorated. There is also a balcony.

It is a large double, with lots of storage, big window and a beautiful fireplace.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and wardrobe. As well as built in shelving and side tables.

Two amazing flatmates; Issy and Amelia, in their early - mid twenties. Ideally we are looking for someone around the same age.

We are looking for a friendly girl to join them, and someone who is wanting to be friends rather than just flatmates. They love having cosy evenings in together as well as going to the local pub and a few nights out! We are looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and keep a tidy and clean space.

We are ideally looking for someone who works full time in the office / wfh 1/2 days a week

Ideally looking for someone to take over the room in August/September. I can be flexible with move in date so if it is within this timeframe still do get in touch.

Please send me a DM if you’re interested, with a little bit about yourself and when you can move in.

If you have any questions or if you’d like to arrange a viewing please get in touch. We are looking to book in viewings from now onwards.
