☀️ Bright Double Room Opposite Clapham Common | Garden | £1,400pcm | Looking for a Lovely Flatmate

Sadly, my current flatmate is moving out because she's off on a very exciting adventure of having a baby with her boyfriend (just to be clear... not because of me. I'm delightful, I promise 😂).

So I'm looking for someone equally lovely to take over her room in our gorgeous two-bed flat in

It's one of those places that actually feels like home.

I'm 32 and work in project management, currently working from home, so my desk lives in the living room during the day.

I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, clean and considerate. I like keeping the flat tidy but definitely not in an obsessive way.

I'd love to find someone who's looking for more than just somewhere to sleep. It would be great if we got on, had the occasional catch-up over wine, watched a bit of TV together now and then, but equally respected each other's space.

If that sounds like your kind of home, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself!

I'm 32, work in project management, and I'm looking for a lovely flatmate to join me in our bright two-bed Battersea flat opposite Clapham Common. Spacious furnished double, separate bathroom and toilet, beautiful garden with loads of sun, ten-minute walk to Clapham Junction. £1,400pcm plus £159 bills. I'm relaxed, tidy, and love dinner out, good TV and garden drinks — I'd love someone who wants a real home, not just a room.
