🏠 Double room with ensuite available in friendly and gorgeous Brixton home

Spacious double with ensuite shower bathroom and built in storage

£1105 per month (bills included but this may go up dependent on if/frequency of WFH)

Danny (the landlord/departing flatmate) and I met via spareroom when I moved in 5 years ago and have lived together very happily since. You’ll be taking Danny’s room and he’s only moving out as he’s wangled himself a new job just outside of London.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and fun flatmate who has their own things going on but also happy to share some terrible reality TV and an Aperol Spritz on the balcony. I’m keen that this remains a home, not just a house share.

I’m a book publicist with a pretty hectic job, so our home is definitely a fun but calm place to relax. Spare room code for “this is not a party house”.

If this is of interest please drop me a message with a little bit about yourself, what you do for a living, what you’re looking for in your next home etc etc.

I'm Ellen, a book publicist in Brixton Hill, and I'm looking for a female flatmate to take Danny's spacious double with en suite from 31st August. £1,105pcm including bills (may vary with WFH days); £1,105 deposit. The flat is furnished with shared kitchen, living room and balcony; close to Balham, Clapham and the commons. I want someone clean, independent and fun — working professional preferred, LGBTQIA+ friendly, no smokers or pets. This is a calm home, not a party house.
