Archway station is also just down the road, it's a very convenient and connected place to live. For longer commutes, King's Cross is about 20 minutes on the bus. Kentish Town and Camden are also very close and with an easy walk to Hampstead Heath it's a great area to be.

The estate agents will need to do their usual tenancy checks and you will be signed onto a Tenancy Agreement through them. A deposit is require and This deposit will be handled through the estate agents and placed in a certified deposit protection scheme.
