We have a room available from the 15th of June in our lovely 4 bed house situated in Acton, West London ✨

Rental: The room is available for move in on June 15th. Your rent will be £740 and bills usually come up to about £120 including shared expenses for household items. Deposit will be required (exact value is tbc but will be approx. £700). This is a split level flat consisting of first and second floor (room is on the first floor) with a separate entrance. The room is fully furnished with a dressing table, wardrobe and a king size bed. The room also lets lots of sunlight in.

Location: The closest Tube Station, Acton Main Line (Lizzie Line), is an 8 minute walk. The ride to Tottenham Court Road Station is just 13 minutes! 

North Acton Station (Central Line) is a 12 minute walk, and Acton Central (Overground) is a 13 minute walk. Bus stops (260 and 95) are also about 5-7 minutes away. 

About us: We are a diverse household consisting of working professionals (aged 24-29) who are very friendly and supportive but respect each other’s space. We enjoy a nice balance of chilled nights in and social days out, without being a party household. Zala works mostly from the office, and can work sometimes late nights. Ellen and Tegan work hybrid between the office and remotely, so if you work from home on occasion shared spaces will need to be respected. 

About you: We are looking for a working professional who is friendly, tidy and trustworthy. You should also be willing to share household chores to keep our shared spaces clean. We are strictly a no party household, and only non-smokers, non-vapers allowed. You will have to undergo relevant checks by the agent and will be required to provide a reference from your previous landlord.
