We're Catia and Katja, two experienced flatshare dwellers with a big furnished double going in our Brixton flat near the tube and train stations. £939pcm plus roughly £130 bills, £725 deposit; available 26th May. You'd have direct garden access, free parking in a gated courtyard, and a quiet cul-de-sac location opposite a park. We're looking for a female flatmate late twenties or older — tidy, respectful, non-smoker who wants to make it home.

I'm originally from Germany but have been living in London for the past 16 years.
