The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is (mostly all my furniture but happy for someone to contribute and make the space a home for them too!). **If you are moving furniture-less please let me know, current flatmate is happy to sell furniture - book shelf, clothing rail, bedside tables and large chest of drawers potentially up for grabs and most of it is fairly new!

About me: I’m 30 years, very clean/house proud and friendly. I am a spin instructor and a TA in SEN schools, also studying psychology currently. I loveeee a gossip about the most recent MAFS episode, occasional wine and attempting to make friends with the neighbours cats!

Ideally the person moving in is a similar age (27+) and vibe to me and can commit to staying in the property for a year minimum.

Credit checks/referencing will be done by the agency but the landlord has requested for new tenants to (potentially) have a guarantor so please keep that in mind when expressing interest.
