Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in my flatshare, with a double room available from the end of June, as my current flatmate is moving back home 😢

It’s just off Streatham High Street, really well located for shops and transport, about a 10 min walk to Streatham and Streatham Hill, and easy buses to Brixton/Tooting Bec.

The flat is bright ☀️and spacious with a big living room, lots of natural light and wooden floors. The room is a good size, comes with a bed, space for a desk (can include one), and has a small walk-in wardrobe.

Rent + bills are around £890 pcm, deposit is £650 💸

A bit about me: I’m 32, work full-time in TV production, pretty easygoing, tidy and respectful. It’s a friendly flat, always up for a chat or a glass of wine now and then, but not a party flat.
