I'm a 32-year-old youth worker originally from Leeds, now 7 years in London, looking for a female flatmate to join me in my lovely 2-bed flat in Forest Hill from 1st May. Double room with carpets, built-in wardrobe and loads of storage - you'd need to furnish it yourself. £940/month excl. bills (approx. £180-£190/month), no deposit scheme included in the monthly rent. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, fast WiFi, washing machine, free street parking and outside bike storage. Seven to eight minutes walk to Forest Hill station (London Bridge, Victoria and Windrush line). I'm active and sociable but equally love a chill evening in with a takeaway. Open to pets!
