I’m looking for someone to take my spot in a lovely 3-bed house in Canning Town! Another housemate is also moving at a similar time so there will be 2 rooms available. 

📍 Where: Canning Town— 5 min walk from Canning Town station, with jubilee, DLR and bus routes. Can easily get to London Bridge or Stratford in about 10 minutes. Opposite the station there is a Morrisons and Lidl, as well as gyms, cafes, breweries and Victoria docks 10 mins walk in the other direction.

Large kitchen and living room, with a garden spaces with a shed which is handy for storage. 1 bathroom shared between the house.

One room is a large double and has a built in wardrobe. (£830/pcm)

The other room is a smaller but does fit a double bed and has plenty of built in shelving along one wall. (£710/pcm)

The rent is excluding bills, which come to approx £100 a month (gas, electric, internet and council tax).

✨ Who we're looking for: 27-35yrs old who is clean, working FT, and wanting to be a part of a sociable house but also enjoy their own space too.

- Must be working professional with salary to pass referencing 

- Ideally working 9-5 to keep a similar schedule as we have now 

- social and calm vibe (not a party house)
